When i was subscribing some addons (or whatever you call it), i was stuck at downloading addons as it says "0 of 1 Items complete" however when i open gmod, it's fine and every addons i subscribed into this game syncs, but the weird thing is, i'm stuck at downloading workshop addons, i tried restarting my pc and steam but still no clue, if you have this problem or probably know.

Exit steam and start it again, and the broken update should either disappear or finish. Go there, and look for a file along the lines of acf ( being the game id of gmod) and delete said file.

It is probobly because you have installed to many addons or a addon you installed recently is creating errors go and take a look over garrys mod workshop itemsyou can also just reinstall garrys mod or delete all your garrys mod addon files from downloads and content, hope it helps! Try going to your steam install folder, then "workshop", and there should be a downloads/downloading folder in there.
